MyCase

We use MyCase as our primary CRM platform. MyCase may collect personal data such as your full name, address, and other relevant information to manage client relationships and legal matters. Follow these guidelines to make your information secure:

  1. Be cautious of any requests for sensitive information. We will never ask you to provide your username or password via email, fax, or phone.
  2. Manage your access credentials with strict confidentiality. You are responsible for all operations using your credentials as the account holder.
  3. When creating a username and password:
    • Use combinations of numbers and letters with a minimum of five (5) characters, starting with a letter.
    • Utilize a mix of lowercase and uppercase letters, along with numbers.
    • Ensure passwords do not include personal data, names, surnames, IDs, or quickly guessable patterns.
    • Change your password periodically and immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
  1. Maintain an updated antivirus system on your computer (e.g., Defender, Symantec, McAfee, Trend, AVG) to safeguard against malware and cyber threats. Moreover, use up-to-date Operating Systems such as Windows 10/11, Linux Distros, or MacOS.
  2. Never leave your computer unattended during transactions or requests. Log out and close your browser when you leave your computer.
  3. For your safety, refrain from accessing your data in public networks or conducting transactions from public networks or vulnerable locations where your registration information could be compromised.
